Back, neck and shoulders massage

Back, neck and shoulders massage is a focused treatment that targets the areas most commonly affected by stress, poor posture and muscle tension. It uses a combination of techniques like kneading, deep tissue work and trigger point therapy to relieve tightness and improve mobility.

Thai oil massage

Thai oil massage is a gentler, more relaxing form of traditional Thai massage that uses aromatic oils and smooth, gliding strokes, blending elements of Thai energy line work with techniques similar to Swedish massage.

Thai combination massage

Thai combination massage blends traditional Thai massage — using deep pressure, acupressure and stretching — with Western-style oil massage that features gentle, flowing strokes and aromatic oils for relaxation and skin care.

Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage technique that targets the deeper layers of muscles, tendons and connective tissue. It uses slow, firm pressure and focused strokes to address chronic muscle tension, knots (adhesions) and structural issues in the body.

Sports massage

Sports massage is a targeted form of massage therapy designed to support athletes and physically active individuals. It focuses on treating and preventing injuries, enhancing performance and speeding up recovery.

Swedish massage

Swedish massage is one of the most common and widely practiced types of massage therapy. It focuses on promoting relaxation, circulation and overall well-being through smooth, flowing techniques including effleurage (gliding strokes), petrissage (kneading), friction, tapotement (percussion) and vibration (shaking or trembling).

Pregnancy massage

Pregnancy massage (also called prenatal massage) is a specialised form of massage therapy tailored to the unique needs of pregnant women. It focuses on providing comfort, reducing pregnancy-related discomforts and supporting overall well-being during pregnancy.

Hot stones massage

Hot stone massage is a type of therapeutic massage that involves the use of smooth, heated stones to deeply relax muscles, enhance circulation and relieve tension. The warmth of the stones helps loosen tight areas, allowing the therapist to work more effectively with less intense pressure.

WaveStone massage

WaveStone massage is a modern massage technique that uses a specially crafted WaveStone tool — typically made from natural jade or other smooth, non-porous materials — to deliver a deep, soothing massage. The tool is ergonomically designed with curves and edges that mimic the natural contours of the body, allowing therapists to apply consistent pressure with precision and control.

Lymphatic massage

Lymphatic massage — also known as manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) — is a gentle form of therapeutic massage that stimulates the movement of lymph fluid through the body. The lymphatic system is part of the immune system and helps remove toxins, waste and excess fluid from tissues.

Foot massage

Foot massage is a therapeutic practice focused on the feet, often incorporating techniques from reflexology or traditional massage. It involves applying pressure to specific points, kneading and rubbing to promote relaxation, improve circulation and support overall health.

Foot spa massage

A foot spa massage is a relaxing treatment designed to soothe tired feet, ease tension and leave you feeling refreshed from head to toe. Warm water, gentle massage and calming techniques help improve comfort, soften the skin and release everyday stress. At our spa, a foot spa massage is the perfect way to unwind, whether enjoyed on its own or as part of a longer treatment.

Thai face massage

Thai face massage is a gentle, rejuvenating treatment that combines traditional Thai techniques with acupressure and rhythmic massage to relax facial muscles, stimulate circulation and promote a youthful, glowing appearance. It may also include the use of natural oils, herbal balms or cooling tools.

Thai head massage

Thai head massage is a relaxing and therapeutic treatment focused on the scalp, head, neck and sometimes shoulders, using traditional Thai techniques such as acupressure, kneading and rhythmic tapping. It helps release tension, boost circulation and calm the nervous system.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a calming treatment that uses carefully selected essential oils to help relax the body, clear the mind and restore a sense of balance. Each oil has its own natural properties, from soothing tired muscles to easing stress and promoting deeper relaxation. At our spa, aromatherapy can be enjoyed as part of a massage or relaxation treatment, creating a peaceful experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded and renewed.
