ABOUT AON

Sawadee Ka! My name is Uraiphiorn Procter, known as Aon (most Thai people have nicknames!) and I have always had a deep interest in massage and various therapies.

I come from a small town in Isan, Thailand, near Yasothon.  I came to live in the UK in 2007 to be with my husband. Through Thai friends, I met the owners of Jansee Health Spa and Siam Thai Massage in London. They both agreed to train me to a standard where I could work in either salon.

After gaining a lot of experience, I decided I wanted to be Government Accredited. I took VTCT, LLCT, ABT and The Guild of Beauty Therapists courses in London, including one at Benjwan Thai Massage School in Finsbury Park where, after passing my exams, I was offered a job (I politely declined!).

I am always keen to keep up-to-date: in 2023, I invited the owners of Krukat UK, who travel the world teaching, to give me a three day course in updated techniques and magnetic therapy. Afterwards, they offered me the chance to be a teacher with their group, using Largs as a teaching hub for future therapists.

Once again I declined as, at the moment, I want to concentrate on my customers at Sea Spa Massage. I am not completely against teaching and may do this at some point in the future.

All of my accreditations are displayed on the salon wall along with my insurance details.

Every massage is individual. New customers are invited to complete a brief questionnaire to give me an idea of their needs. I then discuss this with them to ensure the best possible outcome.

I have a customised handmade massage table which was installed by the manufacturer. It will take the largest of people. I massage all types of people, young and old.

Everyone is welcome at Sea Spa Massage!
